Share Ribbon
StandOut DataViz Author comes with a number of ribbons, each focused around specific tasks. The Share Ribbon is used to get data and results out of StandOut DataViz Author. In the export section, pages, tables, and charts can be exported out of the StandOut DataViz environment for use in other applications. Additionally, using the Publish Project button, the dashboard can be published to the StandOut DataViz Shared environment.
Export Section
Export Pages Displays the Export Pages dialog box. Use this box to designate the format in which the presentation will be exported (.html, .mht, .pdf, .doc., or .ppt). See Export Pages for step-by-step instructions.
Export Tables Opens the Export Tables dialog box. Use this box to select which tables to export, the format they are exported in, and whether to export the selected rows or all the rows.
Copy Chart to Another Application Copies a chart to the clipboard to paste out of the application.

Publish Project Displays the Publish to Server dialog box. See Publishing a Dashboard for more information.
Help Section
Share Help Opens the StandOut DataViz Help page on the Share Ribbon.
